First, if you are a Gmail email user, the welcome email is probably in your Promotions tab.  Please check out this video to star emails from john@johnstringerinc.com in Gmail ensure you can see the emails I send. Other users can just add my email address to their whitelist or address book / contacts and that should do the trick.
